This tool kit is a miniature costly but if you reconsider all the tools plus accessories included, that if you bought each individually, they would cost you a lot more.
I have used some of these tools and can truly say that all of these tools should do what you want them too. I have used the Hammer Drill and Impact Driver to drill concrete, to setup new posts for my back deck railing and they worked great. The Reciprocating Saw is a super all-purpose saw for roughly any job around the house inside or outside.

I have also used the Jig saw and it works great, too. It cuts a very flat straight line and being battery operated you do not have a cord in the way. This is literally good out in the field on a job-site, that way it goes everywhere you need it, being smaller than the Reciprocating saw it fits into smaller spaces.
The Rotary saw is especially good for cutting rectangles in studs or drywall, for installing electrical boxes or circles in rafters to place wiring through - to hold it out of the way to keep it safe from being damaged by other building applications. I am highly satisfied with these tools, and I know you can be also.
